Check out this video. Simple bass line, but great ric tone. Also, Isaac Brock (lead singer) playing a strange custom 12 string and Johnny Marr (lead guitar and former Smiths guitarist) playing a vintage Jaguar with what looks like gretsch pickups. Great band and a really cool song.

Brian, I wouldn't have guessed that was a Ric from that tone. Good tune though..

Great tone. Sounds to me like flats, both pickups on, tone rolled off a bit, maybe some kind of a mute.

The guitarist has an interesting guitar. A Jaguar with Gretsch Filter'trons.
