...By THAT Much...

Post by kcole4001 »

Last night at a benefit gig, our guitar player asked me how much a 4003 was going for.

There was one available in MID for $800 Cdn., but he says it's gone now (no surprise!). It's about a 2 hour drive from us.

That's exactly what I'm looking for to be 4-2-5'd so I can use it as my main bass.

I told him I'm going to get one around March, when the tax money comes back, but I could swing it now for such a deal, & my wife agrees that I sholdn't pass it up, so I'll give the place a call Monday morn. just in case it's still available.

Sometimes that sort of issue works out for the best...

I had wanted a MG Laredo, but heard that Music 123 has some MB's in. I had the $$, so I hemmed and hawed, and all 3 MB's got sold that morning. But while debating with myself I decided to check POTR's again, and saw my FG Laredo.

And I thought "maple-what????" Image

Quite right, Ed, I really want a 2007 & up with all the new changes, but that kind of deal is too good to miss.
If it is gone, then so be it.
