What do you think of this Danelectro 12-string?

I just bought this on ebay.I been looking for a nice one for a while and finally decided on this one because the seller offers a 7 day money back guarrenty.He said the guitar is mint and it comes with a new Fender padded gigbag and free shipping for $390.00.Think it's worth it?

Looks like a good 'un - these don't come up very often. That particular era of Danelectro reissues included some very nice guitars - I had a Hodad for quite a while as my main guitar, before my 650D came along. Closest new equivalents would be the Dean Boca or the Daisy Rock Retro, both of which retail for about what you paid. I'll bet the Dano has oodles more character....

I tried one out long, long ago, and found it to be a good player. It sounded good through the Vox that I tried it through. If I had had the money, I probably would have gotten it, but sadly it wasn't meant to be.

I've had a couple of this model Mitch..I like them quite a bit! Neck is a nice with at the nut for 1st position chords and has a real nice sound...there's also a double neck 6/12 version!

i have one in purple...
saw it in the window at a guitar shop and just had to have it...put it in a case and took it home...
great guitar for the $$$($390 w/case)...
quite a few people in my area snapped up on the Danelectros and still have them...
