On the lookout for Ricks in Italy

Post by steambyrd »

The wife and I are leaving this weekend for a 12 day Mediterranean cruise. We are celebrating our 30th anniversary. This poor woman has put up with my RAS, and general GAS for all this time. I won't be checking the forum for a couple of weeks, but I will keep my eyes open for any Rickenbackers played on the ship or in Italy and report back when I get home. Ciao!

If you get to Rome, you should look up Francesco Fai. 12 days in the Mediterranean - have a great time!

Since my 381s missed out on the confluence photo opp, here's a photo of the pair with my favorite AC30 as a backdrop. Sorry if there's not more detail. I must have lost some when getting file down to a size that would upload:

By the way, someone on the forum expressed a like of Vox teardrops, so here is a pair of them:

Why do I have two? I wanted a red one, couldn't find one, so had settled for the sunburst. A few weeks later, the red one pops up on Ebay. ARGH! I just haven't gotten around to selling the sunburst model yet.

Oops. I just realized I posted these photos on the wrong thread. I meant to post them on the "So Cal 2007 photos" thread.
