It happens every time lately, didn't do it when I first got it, all I did was change the strings, and I stayed in the same gauge, but lately when I bend around the high strings near the 15th-17th fret (yeah, I'm hardcore! hahaha) the string hits the frets and just dies.
Do you think I may need a little turn of the truss rod? It can't be the action on the saddles side, I've got it set up much higher than most people would consider, but it plays easy so I dig it. any ideas out there?

Nicholas: I would say that you are seeing the effects of the change of the season. We have had quite an increase in the humdity very recently in the north east that has a number of my guitars changing. I expect that it will simmer down as the humidity drops. To make an adjustment right now will only require another adjustment over the next month as conditions swing back toward drier days. I say let it be and make a single adjustment should you need it toward the end of November 2007.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

Good advice, Peter. Another thread I missed. I'm going to have to check into this section everyday for new threads...

Paul, one of the great things about this new forum format is the "View new posts" link. Most of the time when I come here now I just go to that first and see the latest from all the forums.
