The waiting is the hardest part...

Post by jimk »

...but I'm sure I'm not the only one on the forum. Anyway, I couldn't hold it anymore, and I emailed Jim Rhoads from whom I ordered my Ric. Of course you all know what's coming up. He couldn't tell me when my guitar would come in. But he did tell me I was second on his waiting list. That made me feel much better just to know that little bit.

I just had to tell you all this, 'cause there aren't that many Ric players in my neck of the woods. And I figured you'd all be sympathetic. (Sometimes a guy just needs to vent.)

I know how you feel, Jim. I'm #4 on NCM's waiting list for a 360/12C63.

Yeah, and I think my wife is getting a little tired of the far away look in my eye whenever the subject of guitars comes up and then specifically turns to Rickenbackers.
