Good price for a 360?

Post by Wildgift »

I have found a brand new 360, fireglo, at a local dealer in LA for 1299.

is this a good price? seems to even beat the internet sites (eg, musician's friend, etc.)

any noteworthy differences in playability for a 360 vs 330? i'm a rank beginner, but i want to get my one good guitar, and keep it, rather than move up incrementally the way i did with my drums.

thanks for any thoughts!

Musician's Friend currently has a JG 360 in stock for 1399.99, but if you order by phone and mention a current 15% discount to the sale associate (this sale good through noon Saturday 12/8 and Midnight Sunday 12/9) that would bring the total down to $1189.99 free shipping, no tax. The downside is that you don't get to play it until it arrives. Perhaps you can use this as leverage with your local dealer. Good luck.

I got $150(US) off during checkout at MF, which came to $1149. I don't know if that sale is still in effect.

CORRECTION: It was $1249.
