Finally picked up my new 650s!!

Hey Everyone, I finaly picked up my new 650s. Man I am so happy! Now I don't want to take off any of the stickers on it! haha. anyway just wondering what straplocks work with 650 rics? I want to find gold ones to match the guitar.

Nice looking Sierra, Michael! The strap buttons that come stock on your guitar are for the Schaller strap locks.

Thanks sloop, my next question is why would rickenbacker not include both parts of the strap lock (or did the dealer not put that in with the guitar) it seems that most places sell the strap locks as a set when I only need the part for my strap.

They do not include the portion that goes on the strap - i'm not sure why. You'll be left with some extra parts, or you can offer them to someone here who may be interetsed in them.

Put the other guitar parts of the straplocks on a second (non-Rickenbacker) guitar. Then you'll have the straplocks on two guitars.
