Aerosmith...

Post by ric330 »

When I was young we listened to alot of this great new band at the time - Aerosmith.
Get your Wings
Toys in the Attic
Rocks

These were really fun albums to learn guitar on because they weren't that hard to figure out and they were really rockin' at the time.
I just heard "Back in the Saddle" today and then later "Sweet emotion".
Went home and put on Get Your Wings and that guitar riffing in "Train Kept a Rollin" is so tight. Joe was at his prime in the day.
Maybe not everyones cup of tea so to speak but I loved the band and still like to put on the ol' songs and Jam along.

The JETGLO finish name should be officially changed to JETGLO ROCKS! :-)

One of my all time favorite bands. Steven Tyler (Stephen Victor Tallarico) and Joe Perry (Anthony Joseph Pereira) are are sometimes referred to in the indudtry as the toxic twins. I'll leave you to guess why. They are both great performers and incredible musicians/songwriters .

Aerosmith's first five albums went multi-platinum, and Toys in the Attic and Rocks are considered by some to be among the greatest hard rock albums of all time.

Let's not foget Aerosmith's first self-titled album, either. A great piece of Rock and Roll.
