A 1984 reverse keys Korg Poly-800. Think Van Halen's Jump and Depeche Mode's I just can't get enough.
No 9v plug pack and no sound patches but... 9v plug packs are everywhere and 5 minutes on the internet got me 3 different sets of patches mkI, mkII & a custom set. More investigation turned up a 3v backup memory battery mod and a Moog mod both of which I've done and now it can get those Rick Wakeman/Pink Floyd/Geddy/you name it MiniMoog type sounds. All for less than $20!
Look what I picked up for 9 bucks!

Very nice snare!
I have an old korg es-50. It is a 3 oscillator per note, per voice (which are stackable) and fully polyphonic analogue (I suppose thats why it weighs a tonne) Korgs were sort of moog sound with roland reliabity...
Of all my keys the Korg is the last one I would sell.
emac.
