Sergio is the Man!

Post by brsmith21 »

This is my 4003S I got a few weeks ago. I originally wanted to get a toaster/HS set, but was unable to find a suitable HS (I just missed the Lollar in the Someone should snag this thread :| ) Anyway, I communicated with Sergio who wound me a set of toasters (one hot, one not) and I now have them installed and couldn't be happier :D . He was great to work with, put up with my questions, and got me exactly what I was looking for. I know it looks wrong to all of the purists out there, but it suits me just fine and sounds great. Here's a picture (pardon my photo skills)

Purist Schmurist - I have a good friend with a 71 with two toasters and it sounds great. Undeniably rick and a really great tone.

Quite the looker, eh Tony?! Very nice maple grain patterns, with a really clean look with all the chrome and Hipshot.
