I actually used to have one of these. Found it cheap in a local shop, played it for a while and ultimately sold it for a profit. Very comfy to play actually - the neck was very similar to a Steinberger. And sorry, it looks NOTHING like a Kubicki!

Tony, to me the inlays are out of place, don't fit with the rest of the bass.

That has to be a joint effort with Ned Steinberger. Kinda plain, but I'd be a good gigging bass.
