New Dave Meros DVD

Well actually it's a Spock's Beard DVD shot in Holland on their last tour and shows Dave playing a very rick-like custom bass. I'm a huge Dave Meros fan and love the growl he gets out of his ricks so I was a little surprised to see the custom bass but I think he mentioned it last year when he posted here for the first time. I'll keep my thoughts to myself about how the bass looks but it sounds pretty good and is definitely a growl machine. Dave is a great player and could probably make any bass produce "his sound" like Squire and Geddy can. Great playing and it still sounds like Dave, but I'd hoped he and his luthier could have come up with something more original as far as the body shape and inlays go.
