What is pete playing?

I've never seen one of these. Can anyone fill me in?

That would be a Grimshaw. They were cheap, and Pete didn't have a Ric on hand, so he took the pickups and TRC from one of the smashed ones (probably a 1997 or 1998).

Those Grimshaw's are very rare, nice playing quality guitars actually....I have no idea of the collectibility or whatever, but I had the chance to pick one up a few years back for a strum.

I played a Grimshaw - the only one I've ever seen, actually - recently at a shop on Denmark Street, London. Pretty cool. It didn't resemble the Townshend guitar enough for me to get serious about getting it, but it was nice.
