Siberian Khatru (older cover)

Post by miguelbass »

Hello friends,

Some years ago, after making the bassline for Siberian Khatru, I was invited to contribute with my mp3 to make a full cover of the song, with people scattered all over the internet.
Nowadays that doesn't seem a big deal, but back then it was something new for me.

The result I think is quite good, I wasn't managing the whole project, I just gave the file and listened to it in the end. I was so pleasantly surprised.
All the other musicians, who actually I barely know who they are, did a fantastic job.
The site contains much more music and yet some more Yes covers (none of which I was involved).

So, here are the links...

greetings everyone!

Hey, Miguel, those are really good covers. I finally got a chance to download and listen through them, nice performances and well recorded. I'd sure like to hear what you could do with CTTE. I wish I could spend a week with you and Pete Greenwood.

Miguel, another fine rendition. All participants should feel quit proud of the end product... I enjoyed it very much.

Miguel! Very impressive! Equally impressive is the task you and your friends accomplished over the internet in different countries. Keep it up and make more tapes! :D :D
