Love it love it love it, Scotty!!!

Rock and roll makes stylish decoration, IMHO. How about covering the floor lamps with some purple plexi sheets to give Jimi some "Purple Haze"?

I've got quite a few Jimis adorning my study/musc room too, though way smaller...

Scotty, that's pretty cool! I like Paul's idea of purple lighting....

Paul, you got a new bass! Is it transparent blue or Blueburst? You must have more pictures of that one.... And what's her name?

Yes Melissa, please meet Jade, my March 2007 4003 BBR that I got during my hiatus from the forum. Here are some not-so-worthy practice shots of her with my very first digital camera that I bought in April after years of resistence to "filmless photography", haha!

I named her Jade in tribute to Queen Xiao Zhuang (1613~1688), the Ching Dynasty's (1644~1912, China's last empire) very first queen. Her nick name since childhood was "Jade" and incidentally was born in March too.

According to historians, she was a very beautiful and extremely smart woman. She gave many advices to the first 3 kings (her husband, son and grand son) of the dynasty to help establish a prosperous and powerful nation.

Yes sorry Scotty, for inadvertantly hijacking your thread.

Melissa, your 2 Blueburst babies are just gorgeous! Yeah, I remember us longing for Blueburst at the same time. Hey, now I have two too. (My May 2008 4004 Cii BBR is in Sir Curmudgeons hands waiting for fingerboard varnishing.)

Jeff, thank you for the love! :D
