Bigsby on a 1996?
Recently I've become taken with the idea of adding a Bigsby B5 to my 1996, creating something akin to John Fogerty's Creedence guitar. I've read in a few places (here, the corporate forum) that Bigsbys don't work as well on the 325c64 (and I assume 1996) as the 325c58 due to issues of fit. The first shorty I ever played was a 325v64 with a Bigsby, and I thought it seemed fine. And John Fogerty's guitar seems to work fine in all those live Creedence videos on youtube. Is this issue of fitting a Bigsby on a 1996 a real concern or something to be dismissed?

It'll be fine, although it might hurt value if you ever sell it down the road. 1996s will be pretty rare someday.
