Dead Thread Revival #1 - A Thought

Here's something else I'd like to try in The Beatles Forum - I'm going to call it the "Dead Thread Revival' series. There are lots of pages filled with threads on the Beatles. Some of these threads had lively discussions, while others may not have gotten past the initial post. I'm going to pick out some of the (hopefully) interesting ones, and give them another chance. How far each of these threads goes will be up to you forumites

Forumite Roger Cleven had started a thread entitled "A Thought". His initial post read:
After the Beatles played on the rooftop of APPLE, they decided to go back on the road with only the four of them. The instruments played were bass, guitar, guitar, drums, and keyboard. The set list included twelve songs. What were they? Abbey Road had not been recorded yet.
