INTERESTING "STRAT COPY" BASS ON THE BAY...
Am I seeing things? How the heck does this one play???

Next someone will make a bass that has a comb like the Ric 6/12 converter which pulls the frets out when necessary.

Looks like it's only got frets above the 12th, so I'd guess it plays mostly like a fretless. Those frets way up there are just for looks anyway, nobody actually uses them do they?? 
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

Interestingly, someone already has. There was a thread about it years ago and a vid on Youtube.
