Next someone will make a bass that has a comb like the Ric 6/12 converter which pulls the frets out when necessary. :lol: :lol: :lol:

Looks like it's only got frets above the 12th, so I'd guess it plays mostly like a fretless. Those frets way up there are just for looks anyway, nobody actually uses them do they?? :lol:

Interestingly, someone already has. There was a thread about it years ago and a vid on Youtube. Move a lever on the neck, the frets go into the board and it is fretless. :roll:
