I like their name and their songs are pretty good too.What is that guitar sound? East Africa?

Probably a bit, but closer, at least to my ears, to the band's own twist on a more caribbean sounding calypso/ska-type influence. Cool stuff in any case. That first video kinda reminds me of a cross between the Beach Boys and Duran Duran's "Rio" video, down to the striped shirts and the yacht.

I know it sounds contrived, and too early to make a clear choice.
but VW is in my top five favorite bands ever. Their live shows are incredible.

Great band Mitch Ive always liked this interesting band and im enjoying their new Video for the new single `Cousins` cheers mate oh and BTW have a great time over the holidays...... Still not to sure about the Radiohead cover though ?
