NAMM NEWS!

Post by ajish4 »

Ok everyone,

NEW NEWS posted at the corporate site!

And I QUOTE...

"We will cease taking orders for the following models following the end of the NAMM 2009 tradeshow on January 18th, 2009:

325C58
4001C64
4001C64S

This change is due to the factory already working at 100% capacity, combined with a plan to offer some additional products which might be considered to overlap with these models."

Interesting. That 325 C '58 I sold a year ago just took on added value. My loss.

I wonder if the Fish Out of Water bass that Chris Squire is now touring with is a model we can look forward to?

Same C64 style, but with the "correct" headstock?

Hmmm, interesting. 8)

Funny you should mention that. This instrument, plus his original, is sitting on my office sofa as I write.

Wow. Thanks for this little teaser, John. Can you say any more? :)
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

I call red herring. They're probably just in for repair or something and have nothing to do with the announcement

I'm excited to hear there may be a new bass model on the way. I may have to snag one.

I agree with Ryan.
I don't think John Hall would give it up that quickly or easily.
We will guess and hope and ponder, but we're gonna have to wait, and probably quite a while.

Here's hoping you're right...but I'd be really surprised. There just wouldn't be enough suspense!
