nuts and bolts

hi from england!!!

could anyone suppply me with a detailed list of all the nuts and bolts/ hardward i`d need to finish off my 2003 360 six string,that i bought off ebay,its just the bare bones body and neck,so far i`ve managed to get-
1.white trc
2.360 wiring loom with washers
3.r tail peice with no screws
4.doulble jack socket with no screws

now i`ve looked on the rickenbacker web site and they have a vast aray of screws and nuts, bolts washers,foam pads,rubber grommets,so its quite confusing which ones to order,and to top it off rickenbacker or anyother guitar shop in the usa won`t post them to england WHY!!any info would be very welcome.
