24 frets?
What's the general consensus among us bass players here- would anyone (other than me) really like to see a Rick with 24 frets?? I realize it's not all that often that I find my way all the way up there, but it 'does' come up now and again (no pun intended), specifically when hammering-on harmonics/chords, etc..

Yes 24 frets on a bass is a great thing to have .
The 4002 had a greast sound and the 4000 with one pickup rocked!
The whole bass line could use a facelift.
I love the look of the Cheyanne...Can't find one in Seattle though ,the 4003 should be a 4001 again.
I think a variation on the 4000 should be looked into .Just one pickup ,maybe active and humcancelling .something cutting edge.
