Amp for Rickenbacker

I read a lot about Rickenbacker players liking the Vox AC30. I have two Ricks. A 360 and a 660/6. I bought a AC30CC2 Head and i am playing it through a 2x12 Avater with Vintage 30s. Does the Vintage 30 speakers not make sense with the Vox Head?

Are you happy with the sound? If so, then those speakers make sense.

Unless you don't like the resulting sound, I'd say the combination sounds pretty good on paper. The Vintage 30s have nice specs and more than enough power handling capacity. So unless there's a problem for you I'd say crank it up, you lucky guy!
