What is WRONG with people?! - Part douze, treize, quatorze
Varying degrees of Rickenslaughter on the bay right now: The middle one has had the binding replaced with a strip of wood.

Looks like someone used that FG for shotgun practice.

You mean there's something wrong with binding a maple guitar in open-grained red oak?

That's actually the little known "RedOakTrimGlo" it was only produced for short time during the Arab binding embargo of the 70s! The best one is MG with the crazy black painted backside. The seller swears in his listing that it's a factory finish that has just worn away.jingle_jangle wrote:You mean there's something wrong with binding a maple guitar in open-grained red oak?

Never use money as a means to measure wealth

looks like it's time for me to get a project underway!!!! the FG might be more fun....of course it would have to be a solid color....to hide the holes from the previously GIGANTOR pickguard that was on it...
