At least it's better than Israel, most cities had less than 350mm of rainfall from the beginning of the winter... Normally we don't get too much rain, but for the past few years - the rainfall was so low it only met 70% of the average.
The water reservoir are at all times low and the winter is almost over.

In other words - can you send us some snow please???
