I did this about 4 years ago .It must have been my 370 although its well buried in the mix .Its mainly loops from Apples garage band

You just have to click on Hi or lo quality and it should play. I just did it on one of my Macs to test

I almost Always use firefox (altho Safari v4 Beta is supposed to be good. Il wait until its no longer Beta tho )
