Just for the record, I am a Philly guy, I don't drink, and I am appalled and disgusted at this kind of behavior, and in no stretch of the imagination, don't condone this kind of activity, this makes me thoroughly disgusted, if I were president, I would take great pleasure in bringing prohibition back, im not upset or p*ssed at anyone, but its guys like me that usally end up haveing to cut these idiots out of thier cars after these events and even worst, haveing to cut out the poor victim who as seriously injured and most of the time killed by these mindless A-HOLES. but hey on a lighter note, everybody take good care, stay safe and "HAPPY RICKEN"
