Steppenwolf's Bassist
Nick St. Nicholas just ripping up on his Rick 4001 since this is a B&W video I can't tell what color my guess is MG. I have seen other vids of steppenwolf doing this song in color he was playing a 4005FG. Based on the steppwolf website the orignal basisst on the recording of Born To be Wild was Rushton Moreves. However, in this video circa 1969 Nick St Nicholas was in the band.

Nice MG 4001, and yep, that's a Combo 800.kiramdear wrote:And is that a Combo 600 or 800 I see? I've never seen one played before.
