Yep.

The WB will also have the larger, modern headstock and Schaller or mini Schaller tuners, or possibly even Grovers, unless it's from `82 or before.

The V64 has the smaller, vintage headstock and Rick Deluxe Kluson style tuners.

WB models usually have sound hole binding as well, while V64 models do not, although I've seen pics of some 70s era WB models without sound hole binding.

Generally speaking.....a V64 is a vintage reissue, so it's appointments, feel, etc are vintage spec.

A 360 WB is basically an 80s spec modern 360 that has a 330 shaped body and bindings.

Or a modern 330 with binding and a 360 fretboard....

If I understand it correctly, the '70's model 360 WB's were special orders, so many of the appointments were diverse.

The V64 will have dual mono jacks while the WB models have "Rick-O-Sound".

Yep; I have one of the last "X" braced WBs: a November `84 built Azure Glo. :)
