NGD: 350V63 Jetglo

Post by rsm »

Ordered 9/2006; delivered 3-July-2009.

All I can say is WOW! This is by far the best Ric I've ever played. It just kills my fav 370 Blueburst, 330 and 620...and it is SO small! What a feel and sound, the neck feels unlike my other Rics?!! If you've never tried one, it is worth it IMO. Here are some pics:

Peace.

rsm.......You have the patience of Job. Props to you for waiting 2.75 years for this NGD to arrive. She has a small and light bod but man, does she pack a wallop! Keep on keepin' on.......Goofyfoot.
Play on, pick often, jam with any Rickenbacker, and prosper.

Congrats, Richard!

At last January's NAMM show I was able to play a 350v63, and I know what you mean, they are really sweet playing guitars!

Great stuff Richard! I couldn't handle such a long wait.
I"ve been fortunate to play the 350v63 on many occasions, Aitch has 50 of them at last count.
My personal preference is my 350 JG 'Liverpool", but boy do i enjoy the v63! :D

Thanks everyone. Luckily, I had other Rics to tie me over until the 350V63 arrived. :) It was definitely worth the wait!

Susanna Hoffs and her 350 make me think of a 350, whether it's a Liverpool or a V63.

Well done, Richard. I am in total agreement with you on the 350v63. I'm fortunate enough to have four of them (including a Jetglo 12 string) and of all the Ricks I find them the most comfortable and versatile. And I just love the small body with a full scale neck!! :D

Enjoy it to the max!!

Love the body style and find it tops in comfort. I do prefer them with short necks, however. 8)
