Perry Weissman 3 at Ubisububi

Here are some pix from a gig we played a couple of months ago at the Ubisububi Room in the basement of our nieghborhood bar, The Thin Man (photos by Larry Orr, copyright 'Wyotoad' 2009)...
It was our friend Tim's birthday party...lots of between-songs bantering that night:

I borrowed Eric's guitar and he switched to his old Tele bass...my vocal debut with the band, Captain Beefheart's "Clear Spot":

I'll betcha that was not a factory paint job on the 64 P bass........... :mrgreen:

That is one wild lookin' finish on that P bass. Kinda makes me want to rush it to the emergency room to get something sewn back on. Not that that's a bad thing, mind you ... :mrgreen:

It was painted at my 'factory'...carved down the pickguard and loaded EMG 'actives' in it.
