Rickenbrothers at SCARF
Rickenbrothers at SCARF
Here are some videos taken from my handheld camera by Dan Saifer. I'm eternally grateful to Dan as he took on this task at short notice, just before he had to leave SCARF for his own band's show. The beers are all on me next time, Dan.

Re: Rickenbrothers at SCARF
I stumbled on some of these yesterday on YouTube. Great job on all of them: the performances, mix, everything.
My favorite is "The Killing Moon."

Great stuff guys!
Re: Rickenbrothers at SCARF
Really digging TP's "I Need to Know". The original recording is an all Fender song (Mike-'51 Broadcaster, Tom-'63 Strat, Ron Blair-'65 Jazz Bass), but you guys certainly Ric'ed it up! Gonna watch the others next week while I'm in the Texas hotel.
I would have loved to have made it. Maybe next year...

Re: Rickenbrothers at SCARF
Now, if someone out there has the 'Knowhow' to marry Darrens' video with John Halls' 'live-feed' audio, this would make one awesome concert on tape. The audio from SCARF-live was superb, as is this video footage.
Surely someone could manage editing the two!
Great work on camera Dan! Brilliant audio JH!
Terrific job all-round Rickenbrothers!

I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...
