Uneven string volume

Hello to all,
I have a 360FG and a 360/12JG.
On both guitars, I've changed the hi-gains for toaster pickups and I'm really happy with that.
My worry is that since the beginning, even with the hi-gains, I noticed that the B string always feels a lot louder than the others. The small E string always feels weak when played with the B string.
I have this same feeling on both Ricks.
Is it quite usual on a Rick ? Is there a way I could make this string a little bit quieter ?
