VC?

Post by Eoin »

Hi everyone,

Here's a dumb question.

When a Rick is labeled as "VC" what does that mean?

Thanks!

Although not an "official" RIC abbreviation, VC probably means vintage-style case (silver tolex).

Beat me to it, Ron. I note that it's not in the RRF forum acronym list:

OR

If it is on the jackplate it means the guitar was made in March 1982.

It has a vintage case, so that would be it.

Thanks again!!!
