I've been keeping this under wraps here locally, 'cause I don't want to blow the joke. I've come up with a way to mash up "Eight Miles High" and the traditional Christmas carol "God Rest Ye Merry, Gentlemen." Another instructor (who by the way has a similar vocal range to David Crosby's) and I will be singing this Dec. 4, at the Lawrence Arts Center. Presented by the Americana Music Academy, the show starts at 7:30 PM. Admission is $10.00/Adults and $5.00/Kids 13 and under. But of course I'm playing my Rick!

Jim ---- how did your Christmas show turn out ?? Did you post pictures ?
Are you going to post an audio or video of the "Eight Miles High, Ye Merry Gentlemen" combined theme tune ?

First of all, I would really like to hear that. Two fine pieces. I can rather hear it echoing in my brain just from your suggestion.jimk wrote:I've been keeping this under wraps here locally, 'cause I don't want to blow the joke. Also, major kudos for being one of about 10 people on Earth who know the correct placement of the comma in the title "God Rest ye...".
Can we have everything louder than everything else?
