Drumroll......my new 1964 Rose Morris 1999!!!

Post by opticnerve »

I'm thrilled!!! I've been wanting one of these pretty badly for years.

Fortunately, the story of this bass is not lost in the annals of time.

It has quite a colorful history!

I'm working on getting together info and additional pictures and will add them by tomorrow morning.

Cheers to all!!! :D

Very nice, Tony! :) I bet it plays like no other bass. Now all you need is a 1997 and a 1993, and then you'll have the essential Rose Morris models (I am under the impression you have a 1998 guitar, right?).

Thanks everyone! Sorry to keep you all in suspense, but I won't have time today to get the story together. I'll work on it tomorrow morning at 5AM in total silence with a pot of coffee at my side!

Jake, well I do have a three pickup 335S that was shipped to Italy...not a 1998 Rose Morris English export per say. Collin...

The 1993 is a TALLLL order! I would love to have one...and after the 1999, it is on TOP of my list...but somehow I don't
think that boat will ever come in...never know I guess.

Here are few more pics in the meantime...

Yes, it has been played!

Considering...it's remarkable how nice the front and back of the body is.
