Help me to find the original artist

I know this is a cover version. I have heard the original from radio about 20 years ago, but I can't remember who was/were the original artist and what's the name of the song. The video has nothing to do with the song or artist (Sleepy Sleepers) performing the cover version. I have this Sleepy Sleepers album but original version is not mentioned on the cover.

the band's tone and atitude is very late'60's acid stuff like the doors movie. interesting droning chant stuff. do a lot of bands from your area do that ancient native chanting ?

That Sleepy Sleepers song was recorded in 1975. Nowadays there aren't many bands doing this kind of music. Maybe Circle (http://www.circlefinland.com/) and it's numerous side projects. The mainstream music here is the same "MTV safe" stuff just like it's everywhere + some heavy metal (yeah, we even have Hevisaurus, heavy metal band for kids...heavy metal ain't what it used to be. And that's sad). Modern underground scene here... I don't know anything about it since I'm not in it anymore. It used to be more aggressive HC punk influenced stuff.
