I was asked to do a free demonstration of my private channel
and here it is:
The demo lesson 3 on the Rumba Tico-Tico.
http://www.rdiaz.org/rdvideo292.html
The private channel is dedicated -mainly- to my webcam students from all around the world. In the course of the lessons they take, I give them access to certain videos on this private channel that they may need to enhance what they learned in their webcam lessons.
(There are about 1000 videos in the private channel)
To briefly explain the difference is that:
In the public channel (With more than 300 free guitar lessons that are here: http://www.rdiaz.org/rdwebcam.html )
Here there are ¨general¨ lessons
-mainly- to give a general idea about different subjects.
On the private channel there are slow tempo explanations as well as examples about HOW to practice -specifically- according to the student’s personal capacity and particular interests.
In other words the private channel has a purpose,
(means its not just to watch etc… like in the public channel)
And that purpose is:
To assist my personal students in they journey towards specific guitar achievements & goals…
Although as you know I work as a music teacher,
I don’t really do this for money,
nor do I sell the access to this private channel,
hence I don’t need to do this kind of things…
I already talk about this in my message here: http://www.rdiaz.org/rdvideo190.html
Therefore for aspirants to learn the Paco de Lucia’s technique under my guidance, please read this:
http://www.rdiaz.org/rd-art%206.html
Also I would like to watch & hear how do you play
(send me a video of you playing and explaining a bit what is what you want to learn or improve
-clearly or unambiguously-)
2) If you like (optional), it would be useful, if you kindly answer the following questionnaire, so that I can evaluate more accurately how can I possibly help you to achieve your goals.
The questionnaire it’s here:
http://www.rdiaz.org/rd-art%205.html
Please read it carefully and send me your answers here:
http://www.rdiaz.org/rdcontact.html
Then we can decide where to start.
Thanks

( I Hope now you can tell the difference between the Tico-Tico public lesson: http://www.rdiaz.org/rdvideo282.html and the private’s: 1) http://www.rdiaz.org/rdvideo290.html & 2) http://www.rdiaz.org/rdvideo291.html & 3) http://www.rdiaz.org/rdvideo292.html )

Re: Tico-Tico flamenco guitar (web-cam / skype) lesson 3
Ruben, I am most certainly going to check this entire section out more when I get the chance. I am always interested in exploring new techniques, although I have little to no experience in this genre. Gives me a good reason to dust off my old nylon string and see what comes up.
Thank you very much for the postings, I am sure I'll have some questions for you when I get into this a bit.
Best regards.
