The Byrds Collective Memorial Day Weekend

I'd like to let everyone know that The Byrds Collective (fresh from their recent appearance at the So. Cal RRF Minicon!) will be performing two shows this Memorial Day weekend.

The first show is at Rusty's Surf Ranch, on the Pier in Santa Monica. The date and time is May 28 and we go on at 8:00 PM. We'll play an hour set. There is a $7.00 cover charge. This is our second engagement there, so I'm guessing the sounds of The Byrds goes along well with the So. Cal vibe and the beach.

Then as if that wasn't enough, we will be playing at the world famous The Coach House in San Juan Capistrano on May 30. Again the show starts at 8:00 PM and tickets are $15.00. In addition to us, The Surfin' Safari's (a Beach Boys Tribute) will be playing. We are pretty excited about this show. Not only is it a very desirable venue to perform at, the original Byrds played here on their reunion tour.

We will be pulling out some Byrds tunes we haven't played in a while, for example; 5D and It's All Over Now Baby Blue to name a couple.
