I May Need a 12 Step Program!!!

Post by jack1953 »

It's only going to be by the grace of God that I don't go bankrupt or get divorced. Thank goodness I can truthfully call my 4003 and this 4004cii, I just got today, investments because of their resale value. I can't believe I pulled the trigger today on TalkBass for this beast!

Those 4004cii basses are just gorgeous. Love the flame on them.

If you decide to go cold turkey, I can look after some of those for you if you want, I'm on the other side of the Atlantic. Just sayin'...

that cii is a beauty! the flame really makes this model look so much more expensive than it is-mine is pretty flame-free,except for the neck peice, but i love it! if you run your cii through any kind of tube preamp or amp, you're really gonna love the sound of the hb1 pickups.

Yes, Alan sold it to me through Talkbass. It also has that 'hipshot tuning'? You can push a button and change the E string to a B, I believe he said. It's not something that I will be using anytime soon, but nice for down the road.

Paul, I suspect many Forum members are hoping that their own personal 12 Step "recovery" programs, can be as successfully implemented as yours !!!! :D
