Kenny Howes East Coast Tour! (Oct./Nov. 2010)
Hello everyone - just letting you know that I'll be traveling a bit in the next few weeks and, if I'm playing a gig near you, I'd love it if you'd come to a show! I'll be playing the majority of these gigs solo (1/2 set acoustic, 1/2 electric).
The ever-changing list of dates is here:
http://www.reverbnation.com/kennyhowes
(Scroll down to the "Upcoming Shows." As mentioned above, the list is incomplete and gigs are being edited and added on a daily basis.)
If you'd like to sign up for the mailing list, that'd be great too.
Thanks as always for your support!

Hey Kenny... do you know the price point on the Atlanta shows? 5-spot show has the ticket option greyed out.
Great Ramp In My Opinion.

Appropriately enough, I believe it's five dollars to get in.egosheep wrote:Hey Kenny... do you know the price point on the Atlanta shows? 5-spot show has the ticket option greyed out.

Great to see you back on the road again. Full band? New release? Any chance of more dates? DC or Toronto IPO perhaps?
My conundrum...
Friday show in Philly is going head to head with Cliff Hillis and Marshall Crenshaw.
Saturday show in NYC is an IPO mimi show. Okay but too short.
Sunday show in NYC at Parkside would be great but I have tickets to Brendan Benson and the Posies in Philly.
A powerpop nightmare.

Cool, you're coming to Richmond! The Camel is a cool place. Let me know if you need a place to crash.

Hey Kenny, I'm hoping to make it to the Chastain show. You are playing with a band named What The. . ? who I saw as Peter Case's backup band a few months ago. They were smokin' so you and they should be a great show.

Todd's new rules for posting. Never post from your phone on a train. Never post without reading the ENTIRE OP and/or thread.kennyhowes wrote:The ever-changing list of dates is here... As mentioned above, the list is incomplete and gigs are being edited and added on a daily basis.)

Let me rephrase: I will not have copies of this disc while on the road. It's only available through that site.jdogric12 wrote:There are still stores?
I will, of course, have copies of my other three CDs.

I have Right Idea and Lady Friend, what am I missing (that's still in print anyway)?

Hunt down a copy of Second Album J (some of it is on Right Idea). An excellent sophomore effort with cool artwork and it includes (Gonna See) Cheap Trick and a beautiful cover of Big Star's Thirteen.jdogric12 wrote:I have Right Idea and Lady Friend, what am I missing (that's still in print anyway)?

Kenny -- what's with all the Mono mixes on your new
compilation CD ?? Are you going Retro on us ? Or is this the new trend for indie artists, following the Beatles Remasters and all their Mono mixes ?
