Midnight Blue Burst?

Is it the lighting or is this a dark Midnight Blue Burst?

It shows up well on the back body photos of both models.

Not a burst. If it was, CME would be taking offers on it...starting at around $10K...

...but, since when are Rick dealers allowed to post prices on new Rick guitars?

They are quoting list price, the same as found on the RIC corporate site: http://www.rickenbacker.com/pdfs/pricelist.pdf Maybe that is legal.
