Ahhh... So Nice and WARM!

Post by cjj »

Well, here in Southwestern Montana, we're looking at a low tonight of -2F, high of 9F tomorrow and a low of 1F for ringing in the new year!

Cold? Well, not compared to where I moved from in NE Montana. They're looking at -25F tonight, -9F tomorrow, and -32F Friday night.

Man, I'm glad to be where it's WARM...
:D

Hehehehehe....we had temps near 70°F today in NE Kaunsaslaund. I even sat on the porch this evening after I got home and enjoyed a cigar in my shirt sleeves.

Yeah, it really is. I was out all afternoon helping the Roto-Rooter guy (yeah, septic system problems - ugh, :( and in the middle of winter :x ), 11F, just wearing tennies and a jacket (well, and the rest of what would be considered "normal" clothing too  ). He was pretty well bundled up...

It was 42 degrees and windy this morning in SoCal. I was freezing on that train platform. I've definitley lost that New England
cold tolerance. Brrr.

Yeah, but even so, it was still Cleveland. ..... Sorry, I had to. Actually, Cleveland has one of the easiest airports to fly in and out of. Went thru it 5 different times on very enjoyable trips to Cedar Point. My son and I were shocked that none of the railcars nearby had any graffiti. They're completely covered out here. Ohio has some of the friendliest folks in the country. And the world's best amusement park.
Now, if I lived where Cj did............ those temperatures are downright scary. Tom

Yeah, I always wondered why, since Edmonton is a fair bit North of where I used to live (Malta, MT), it was often warmer. Even Regina seemed to be a tad warmer than Malta...

Casino? Hmm, don't think I've ever seen it. Might have to check it out...

Well, as usual, the weather guys were wrong... -11F this morning, which according the the weather service site is the same temperature ad in my old home town right now. Dang, I sure hope I didn't bring all that cold with me...
