fuzz Rick with toasters

Post by crimson_dynamo »

Thought some of you might like to check out what i was up to last night- adding fuzz bass to a track I'm working on.This is my friend Joe's old 4001 bass which he will not sell me. Gorgeous instrument.

Kick out the style, bring back the Jam.

I hope to wear down his resistance someday. He also has a beautiful white 4001 from the same era as Chris Squire's.

Was it a proper refinish job using CV, as to the best of my knowledge, there were no original white finished Ricks at that time?
