McCartney Reissues

McCartney and McCartney II to be reissued in June. McCartney III to be released in the fall. RAM and Venus and Mars to be reissued in November.

I hope McCartney III is better than McCartney II. I t would be nice if it was of the same quality as the Last Fireman album.

I can appreciate what Paul is trying to do - get his albums remastered and get some bonus materials out there. I have pretty mixed feelings about the whole deluxe edition packages - Part of me feels like: I really want to get them; "have the ultimate collection", and part of me is feeling: "how many times / formats am I going to buy the same music?".

I love the music, but after buying it on LP, cassette, cd and some in download format, I don't know if I can make the leap to buy it all again.

Anyone feel a little disappointed about the Beatles remasters?

I'm happy about my remastered CDs because I bought the mono mixes! It was my Christmas present to myself.
