average Ric parts delivery time

Post by Johntheson »

After contacting Ric about my loose saddles on my 2010 4003; I was told to send a self addressed stamp envelope to them, and they would send new saddles. It's been right at 2 weeks ago, and I was wondering apprx. how long it usually takes you guys to get anything Ric sends you. I'm looking forward to getting the "Saddle Rattle" taken care of. Thanks.

You need to give them at least 4 weeks sometimes--it can be a lot faster than that but sometimes they are waiting on parts, etc.

Thanks Joshua. That's not an unreasonable amout of time at all. Time always moves slower when your waiting for something.

My order for a push/pull pot, polish cloth, sticker, nut, and mute pad was placed on 3/16. It was sent out Monday (4/4) and I received it yesterday. So it was shipped 13 business days after I made the order.

I hope that gives you a good idea of what to expect!

It also doesn't hurt to contact RIC customer service just to follow up. You know, make sure they received your s.a.s.e.

Nope...but sometimes they do offer black hardware through the RIC Outlet on eBay; haven't seen any (or looked for any) lately...
