Man, It's Hot! (2011)
Last year, I titled a thread "Man, It's Hot!" last year relating to the weather in whichever area you happen to be in. The thread was a slight hit, as I recall, and I'm hoping it can be an even HOTTER (pun intended?) hit. That and I really like the title. Could be a good song title if you sing about the safari or desert.
On Sunday, the weather was 101° in New Orleans. When I got up from the recliner, I was dizzy. Yesterday, we had a big rain, so I hope that cooled things down some.

All the way up to 58F here in Montana today! We did get up to almost 80 the other day though.
The cool spring has left a LOT of snow up in the mountains and there's a very real fear that we'll get a heat wave (well, up to normal temps) and it will all melt at once causing severe flooding. The rivers nd streams are almost at flood stage now with the recent warm-up we've had...

The heat index was supposed to hit 99 F today. I don't know if we reached it but it sure was hot out.

Man, how can you stand such outrageous temperatures? No, I'm serious! I can't stand air temperatures being much over 80F. Water that hot would par-boil me for sure...
