Retro style pics of 660/12

I've been trying out a retro camera app on my Android smartphone, they are based on a old 50's Japanese camera and a vintage Polariod

The second one looks more "vintage" than the first, which seems too modern/sharp looking. The only effect I see is the color shifts on the LL and UR corners. In the second photo with all the white spots, does the app put the spots in randomly, or are they in the same locations for all photos made with that app?
